I went to a convention. There was a booth with TWST merch. I spent ... too much money.

The small Cater and Leona plushies, and the two little charms, were what I bought first. I also bought a TWST grab bag, which had all the non-plush/charm items in it.

I bought the small Cater to try and avoid buying the big Cater but. As you can see. I did not avoid buying the big Cater.

Terminal merch brain, but the fact that the one online store I can find that's got the preorders up for the Ichibansho Stands Assemble line is American, therefore the exchange rate is lousy for me, all of them releasing at the same date which is shit for keeping my frivolous purchases budget, AND also 4 out of the 5 figurines are 69.99-79.99 a pop already means I won't be able to buy them all like I wanted to. But the insult to injury is the fact that the cute Foo Fighters plankton fig is $54.99 USD and only stands at a stated ~2.5". 🥴 Why are they that expensive when they're so tiny??? 😭

And honestly I much prefer the look and detailing of the Ichibansho Stand line versus their Stone Ocean main cast line; most of the sculpts and paintwork are... Subpar, in my opinion, particularly in the faces. But the Stands look so good!

So I'm settling for Kiss, Stone Free, and Weather Report. As much as I yearn for Foo Fighters Stand rep, I can't justify paying (after conversion, sans import tax and shipping) ~$75 for something so small. And Diver Down is great but pales compared to the others in terms of both posing and my personal preferences.
